At ecoform, master planning is the process of creating a comprehensive physical plan that shapes the evolution of an entire development. It is a collaborative effort between our team, planners, and the client. The master plan outlines the general layout of the site and may include key elements such as zoning, circulation, land use, and infrastructure.

At ecoform, we specialize in the town planning process and work closely with the council, our clients, and, when necessary, independent planners on complex projects. We guide the application process from the initial pre-planning meetings to obtaining the planning notice of decision.

Our team member, Kylie, brings valuable experience from working as a planner in one of the busiest planning departments in Victoria, offering firsthand knowledge of the planning process and planning schemes throughout the application process.

The building permit documentation process involves taking the developed concept design and creating the necessary documents for the builder to complete the construction.

This includes drawings, details, and written specifications. We combine the key design ideas with budget constraints to produce a comprehensive set of documents that accurately reflect the initial design intent.

When clients request us to manage the project through construction, we are happy to be involved as much or as little as needed. Whether it's answering builders' RFIs (Requests for Information), chairing site meetings, or fully administering the building contract, ecoform is here to guide clients through the construction process.
